Ruth – Appointment Coordinator

Hello, my name is Ruth and I am the one who answers the phone, makes your appointments and welcomes you to our office. I've been here for six years now and really enjoy my work. Dr. Fillman is very talented and I've entrusted him with the smiles of my own children. I love my job and look forward to coming to work every day, meeting and getting to know our patients and parents.

I was born in Africa and lived in Greece, Japan, and Belgium all because of my father's job. I am married with two kids and I love to walk and hike. I also have two dogs named Princess and Akira.

Claudia - Treatment Coordinator

Hi, my name is Claudia. I have many years of office experience and am honored to be working with the team at Fillman Orthodontics. I am here for you from the very beginning, helping to start you on your path to a great smile. The best part of my job.... meeting each of you and getting to know so many really nice people.  

I have three grown daughters and two beautiful grandchildren. I was born in California, and other then a few years living in Arizona, I have been here my whole life. I love gardening and playing with my grandkids!

Shell – Registered Dental Assistant

Hi, My name is Shell, I am a Registered Dental Assistant and have worked in the dental field for over 5 years now. I feel very blessed to be a part of this wonderful office and team. I love working with kids everyday and I truly enjoy seeing a transformation in patients as there treatment goes on and they become more confident with their smile. As an RDA I get to be side by side during your whole treatment from the beginning impression to your last day with braces, and that to me is the most rewarding experience about my job.  

I was born in Redlands and grew up in Highland CA. My husband, daughter and I live in Mentone CA - we have a Wiener dog named Duke and a Boxer named Lexi and we enjoy camping, off-roading and the beautiful outdoors with my little family.

Tricia – Professional Relations Coordinator

Hi, my name is Tricia. I am the Professional Relations Coordinator for Dr. Fillman Orthodontics. I attend to the relationships we strive to build within the dental community on a professional level. I ensure that we remain connected by establishing and maintaining communication with our referring practices. I actively search to build new relationships with the dental community in our region. I know that our BEST referral is YOU! I am committed to fostering lasting relationships to meet the orthodontic needs of our patients and their families. Dr. Fillman has served three generations of my family and we have the smiles to prove it! I am married with two sons who keep me busy! We enjoy spending time outdoors and are avid hikers wherever the trail takes us! I enjoy volunteering in the community and serving in my church calling.

Leslie – Practice Consultant

Hello, I'm Leslie and I have been an office manager in the medical and dental field for more than 23 years, working for Dr. Fillman for more than seven years. It is the best place in the world and I enjoy working here and watching the magic happen with our patient's smiles. I am excited every day to see our patients come in and catch up on what is happening in their lives. I also love to help our new patients join our special family.  

I am married with a daughter and son-in-law, have a dog named Abbey Road and a cat named Chloe. I teach quilting at a local quilt shop and enjoy playing golf with my husband. I was born in San Bernardino and haven't left the Inland Empire yet!
